We always enjoy staying here when we visit this place, the staff are really helpful and the rooms are always clean.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly at this place. Hotel's location was great and excellent, very close to the centre. One could dine at restaurants such as Telepizza 5 minutes away. A wide range of food for breakfast, everything was good.

I got spotless and fairly quiet room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was next to the metro station and central Bilbao for about Euro 3.50 return.
